We feel so blessed to have worked with Nano! We enlisted Nano Engdahl to help with both selling our home of 15 years and finding our new dream home in early spring 2020. As I sit here writing this review from my beautiful new office, I can say with absolute certainty this would have never happened with out Nano. With our four-year-old twins getting closer to entering Kindergarten, we asked Nano in mid February to help us find a property in a high demand school district. The area has extremely low inventory and our search was even more constrained with our ‘must haves’ list. Knowing our limitations, Nano didn’t just sit back and wait for listings to trickle in on the MLS. Instead, she proactively tapped into her vast network, inquiring about agent’s upcoming listings to see if she could find us the perfect fit. Her efforts paid off in early March, when she was able to leverage her relationships to allow us to do a walk through a few days prior to a listing going active. The listing turned out to be our perfect home and the advanced preview gave us the edge to go under contract in a very competitive market. The home checked every one of our boxes and checked boxes we didn’t even know we wanted! When it came to selling, we had our home on the market for ONE DAY. We had a total of 5 walkthroughs on a Wednesday; 3 of which solidified into offers. 60% of prospective buyers made an offer on that first day. Not saying that this is the norm, but Nano had the RIGHT advise for staging, the RIGHT advise for repairs/upgrades, the RIGHT pricing strategy, and the RIGHT photographer to generate interest and get people in the door. We ended up getting 2% above our asking price with an as-is contract. Nano was an absolute blessing to work with on EVERY level. She blew us away with her proactivity, her dedication, her availability, her response times, her vast network of other agents, and her wonderful and warm personality. Nano was a rockstar. She was the agent on a home we were looking to rent. My wife & I try to be throughout when making big decisions so we requested to see the house multiple times. Additionally, it was the middle of winter, freezing cold, and we just had a massive snow storm. Nano didn't hesitate to show us the place, even marching through feet of snow to get to the front door & having her son shovel the driveway so we could have a place to park. On top of that, we brought our toddler (4yrs old) & newborn with us and she was very sweet and accommodating to them as well.
